Only the names in Annex I may be used

Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 allows only the fifty textile fibre names listed in Annex I to describe fibre composition, and Article 9(1) requires every constituent fibre by weight in descending order. This free tool builds that label from the annex's own names in each of the 22 languages, so the word you print is the word the Official Journal prints. It does not weigh your product or decide which fibres it contains.

Article 9(1) requires the name and percentage by weight of all constituent fibres in descending order. Enter them in any order — the label is sorted for you. Article 9(2) allows a fibre up to 5 % of the total, or fibres collectively up to 15 %, to be shown as "other fibres" instead.

The label

Article 16(1) requires the composition to be printed in a manner that is easily legible, visible and clear, and in print uniform as regards size, style and font. That is a property of your label artwork, not of this text.
