This category cannot use internal control alone
You have selected a category listed in Annex III class II or Annex IV together with the internal control procedure. For Annex III class II, Article 32(3) requires the EU-type examination procedure (module B) followed by conformity to EU-type based on internal production control (module C), a conformity assessment based on full quality assurance (module H), or, where available and applicable, a European cybersecurity certification scheme at assurance level at least 'substantial'. For Annex IV, Article 32(4) requires a European cybersecurity certification scheme in accordance with Article 8(1), or, where the conditions in Article 8(1) are not met, any of the procedures referred to in Article 32(3).
Class I self-assessment depends on the standards you applied
You have selected an Annex III class I category with the internal control procedure. Where the manufacturer has not applied, or has applied only in part, harmonised standards, common specifications or European cybersecurity certification schemes at assurance level at least 'substantial', or where such standards, specifications or schemes do not exist, Article 32(2) requires the EU-type examination procedure (module B) followed by conformity to EU-type based on internal production control (module C), or a conformity assessment based on full quality assurance (module H).
Is there an EU-established operator on record?
You have left the authorised representative fields empty. A manufacturer established outside the Union must appoint an authorised representative by written mandate before placing a product with digital elements on the EU market, and the declaration names that party alongside the manufacturer.
