Prepare the Annex X information once

Article 16 has every Member State run its own producer register, and a producer registers in each Member State where it places electrical and electronic equipment on the market. Annex X sets out what that registration and reporting has to contain at Union level: eight items on registration, ending in a declaration that the information is true, and five on reporting, where the quantities must be given by category. This free tool assembles that set once, in your language and verbatim from the Directive, so the same answers can be carried into every national form. It does not register you anywhere and it does not name a register.

Which part

Annex X is the floor, not the ceiling. Every national register asks for more than this, and in its own format. What is here is the part that is the same in every Member State, which is the part worth preparing once.

Part A — registration

Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded or stored on a server while you generate.

This prepares content. It registers nothing and files nothing: Article 16 registers are national, one per Member State where you place equipment on the market, and each has its own form. It does not tell you which categories of Annex I or Annex III your equipment falls into, or whether an authorised representative under Article 17 is needed — both turn on facts about your equipment and your establishment.
